cancellation and deposit POLICies

At Morganize It 30a, we take pride in providing personalized, reliable concierge services. Because our services require advance planning, scheduling, staffing, and purchasing, deposits are required to secure your requested service date. By booking our services and submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation and rescheduling terms.

1. Grocery Stocking

A deposit is required to reserve your grocery stocking or vacation home concierge service date. Deposits secure your appointment, allow us to plan accordingly, and ensure that staffing is available for your scheduled service.

  • Non-refundable deposits: All deposits are non-refundable, including cancellations resulting from changes in travel plans, canceled vacations, or other personal circumstances.

  • Rescheduling and credits: If your trip is rescheduled, your deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future service date, subject to availability. The original deposit is not refunded.

  • Weather and travel disruptions: Cancellations due to hurricanes, severe weather, travel advisories, flight cancellations, or other travel-related disruptions are subject to this policy. When possible, we will work with you to transfer your deposit to a future booking.

  • Staffing and scheduling commitments: Once your service date is reserved, we may commit staff, resources, and time specifically to your booking. For this reason, deposits cannot be refunded when a reservation is canceled.

Please notify us as soon as possible if your travel plans change. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, but all changes are subject to availability.

2. Event Installations/Decor

Event installations and special projects require significant advance planning, labor scheduling, purchasing, and preparation. A 50% deposit of the total estimated service cost is required to secure your event date.

  • Non-refundable deposit: The 50% deposit is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

  • Remaining balance: The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 14 calendar days before the scheduled event or installation date.

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: The initial deposit remains non-refundable. Any payments made beyond the deposit will be reviewed in accordance with the service agreement and any applicable refund requirements.

  • Cancellations within 14 days of the event: The initial deposit remains non-refundable, and the remaining balance is still due if contractually owed, subject to the terms of the signed service agreement and applicable law.

  • Rescheduling: Requests to move an event or installation date are subject to availability. Deposits and payments may be transferred to a new date only with our approval and in accordance with the applicable service agreement.

Once an event date is secured, staffing and preparation may begin well in advance. Our deposit requirement protects the time and resources committed to your event.

If the state of Florida or Walton County issues a “state of emergency” and we have to close our business for the safety of our team, you will receive an email or phone call from us directly letting you know that we must postpone your delivery to the next day or when the state of emergency has been lifted.
